SC Lifts Uttarakhand HC Stay on 30 Percent Domicile Reservation for Women in State Services Exam - 04.11.2022

Supreme Court has allowed State’s appeal against Uttarakhand High Court order that stayed the government order which provides for 30 percent reservation in State services for women domiciled in the State.
