Delhi HC Upholds Life Sentence of 3 Accused for Raping Minor in 2011 - 04.11.2022

Delhi High Court while rejecting prayer for remission has upheld the life sentence awarded to three men for raping a minor girl in 2011 who was first raped by a relative, was subsequently raped by two strangers, who had offered her help after she escaped from her relative's house.
