SC: Skull Superimposition Technique for Identification of Body Not Reliable - 04.11.2022

Supreme Court has held that skull superimposition technique for identification of the dead body cannot be regarded as infallible when such report is not supported by any other reliable medical evidence like DNA or post-mortem report.
