Manipur HC: State is an Unnecessary Party to Anticipatory Bail Applications - 03.11.2022

Manipur High Court while issuing directions to its registry regarding the filing of anticipatory applications, has observed that in a petition for grant of anticipatory bail, the State and the Superintendent of Police concerned are not required to be arrayed as parties.
