SC Dismisses Plea to Change Name of Bombay High Court as Maharashtra High Court - 03.11.2022

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition which sought to change the name of Bombay High Court as Maharashtra High Court, stating that it is a matter to be decided by the Parliament.
