SC Says, Dismissal of PIL on Kohinoor May Deny Govt.'s Legit Claim - 19.04.2016

SC has said that dismissal of a PIL seeking government action for the return of Kohinoor diamond from the United Kingdom may lead to denial of India's "legitimate claim" over the precious stone.
