Kerala HC: Islamic Law Recognizes Woman's Right to Demand Divorce, Husband's Consent Not Essential - 01.11.2022

Kerala High Court while observing that Islamic law recognizes a Muslim woman's right to demand to dissolve marriage, has held that the will of wife cannot be related to twill of husband who may not be agreeing to the divorce.
