Delhi HC Upholds Life Sentence of Man Who Shot Dead DU Student for Opposing His Advances - 01.11.2022

Delhi High Court has upheld the conviction and life sentence handed down to a man, who had shot dead Delhi University student Radhika Tanwar in 2011 for opposing his advances and stated that the material on record pointed to the guilt of Vijay Saini, who had shot Tanwar in broad daylight in 2011.
