Orissa HC Refuses to Discharge Ex-AG Ashok Mohanty in Case Linked With Artha Tatwa Scam - 31.10.2022

Orissa High Court has denied relief to former Orissa Advocate General (AG) Ashok Mohanty, by rejecting his revision petition against Trial Court order which had dismissed his discharge petition in case which is allegedly linked with Artha Tatwa ponzi scam.
