Supreme Court Bans Two-Finger Test in Rape Case - 31.10.2022

Supreme Court has banned "Two-Finger Test" in rape cases and has warned that persons conducting such tests will be held guilty of misconduct. The Court stated that the test has no scientific basis and is based on an incorrect assumption that a sexually active woman cannot be raped.
