Kerala HC: No Bar on Disciplinary Action Against Teacher Pending Prosecution Under POCSO - 31.10.2022

Kerala High Court has held that here is no ban on the continuation of disciplinary proceedings by Educational Authorities against teachers who are subject to criminal prosecution for offence of child harassment or offences under the POCSO Act.
