J&K&L HC Grants Relief to Person Aggrieved by Unauthorized Occupation of Property by Govt Since 1958 - 31.10.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that unauthorized occupation by state of an immovable property of its citizens gives recurring cause of action and therefore delay cannot come in way of such citizen to assert his rights before constitutional court.
