MPHC Modifies ‘Kind Enough to Leave Rape Victim Alive’ Remark After Criticism - 31.10.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has modified its judgment which stated that rape convict was ‘kind enough to leave the prosecutrix alive’ to ‘however, considering the fact that he did not cause any other physical injury to the victim’, while stating that the same was inadvertent mistake in the judgment.
