Delhi HC Issues Notice to Delhi Govt. over Petition Filled by Radio-Taxi Operator Employee - 19.04.2016

Delhi HC has issued notice to Delhi Govt. over a petition filed by an employee of radio-taxi operator ‘Magic Sewa’ against “unlicenced taxi aggregators”, including Ola and Uber, levying “peak time charge” or “surge price” over and above the normal fares.
