Mumbai Court: Death of Victim Before Examination During Trial Can’t be Reason to Acquit Accused - 28.10.2022

Mumbai Court while convicting a man for sexually assaulting a minor victim has held that death of a minor sexual assault victim from cancer before she could depose during trial cannot be a ground to give the benefit of doubt to the accused.
