Kerala HC: Legal System Must Remain Immune from Media And Public Pressure - 28.10.2022

Kerala High Court while considering an appeal against conviction in Vismaya dowry death case, has held that legal system must be sensitive towards public interest but should not be swayed by too much public pressure while dealing with sensationalized cases.
