Ker. HC to Centre: Consider Enacting Law to Uniformly Regulate Religious & Charitable Organizations - 28.10.2022

Kerala High Court while addressing the issue of massive encroachment upon Government properties, particularly by religious/charitable institutions, has requested Central Government to explore possibility of uniform Central legislation to regulate functioning of charitable/religious institutions.
