Kerala HC: Governor Could Not Have Asked VCs to Resign - 27.10.2022

Kerala High Court while setting aside communications issued by the Chancellor asking the Vice Chancellors (VCs) of the Universities to resign has held that the Kerala State Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, in his capacity as Chancellors of nine universities, could not have asked VCs to resign.
