CCI Imposes ?936.44 Crore Cost on Google for Abusing Dominant Position - 27.10.2022

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has imposed a penalty of Rs. 936.44 crore on Google for abusing its dominant position with respect to its Play Store policies and directed Google to modify its conduct within a defined timeline and restrain from indulging in anti-competitive practices.
