HP High Court: Woman Responsible For Chastity and Dignity in a Relationship - 20.08.2015

Himachal Pradesh High Court has said that a woman is responsible for her own chastity and dignity in relationship. The court made these observations while hearing plea filed by woman, who alleged that accused, who is a married man, had forced her into a physical relationship on pretext of marriage.
