Delhi HC: Arbitral Tribunal Cannot Recall the Order Terminating the Arbitral Proceedings - 20.10.2022

Delhi High Court has observed that once the arbitral tribunal terminates the arbitration proceedings on account of claimant withdrawing its claims, it cannot recall the order of termination order.
