Orissa HC Grants damages to Father Who Lost Son While Playing Cricket in School - 19.10.2022

Orissa High Court while holding the school liable for contributory negligence, has ordered Rs. 10 Lakhs compensation to the father of a boy who died in 2011 after receiving injuries while playing cricket in the school premises.
