Bombay HC: Slum Dweller's Right to Shelter under Article 21 Can’t be Nullified - 19.10.2022

Bombay High Court has held that a slum dweller's right to shelter under Article 21 cannot be nullified by unconscionable delays caused by a developer and is a ground for its removal under Section 13(2) of the Slums Act.
