Shimla Draft Development Plan 2041 Declared Illegal by NGT - 18.10.2022

National Green Tribunal has set aside the Draft Development Plan, 2041 prepared by the Town and Country Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh for the city of Shimla. The court stated that the action taken in violation of NGT's directions cannot be validated by the plan and will remain illegal.
