SC Suspends HC Order of Acquitting Saibaba, Others in Naxals Link Case - 17.10.2022

Supreme Court has suspended the October 14 order of the Bombay High Court which discharged former Delhi University professor GN Saibaba and others in an alleged Naxal links case. The court also stayed the release of Saibaba and others from jail.
