Delhi HC: Time for Filing Written Statement Starts From Date of Providing Suit to Defendant - 17.10.2022

Delhi High Court has ruled that the time for filing the written statement by the defendant under the Code of Civil Procedure, after issuance of summons, will commence from the date when the suit along with the documents is provided to the defendant.
