SC: High Court Can Order Investigation/Reinvestigation U/S 482 CrPC in Appropriate Cases - 13.10.2022

Supreme Court has held that the inherent powers under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) can be exercised by a High Court to direct further investigation or even reinvestigation in an appropriate case.
