Delhi HC: No Income Tax on Interest Income from FD Till Ownership Determined by Arbitral Tribunal - 13.10.2022

Delhi High Court has held that income tax cannot be levied on the interest income from fixed deposits (FD) till the ownership is determined by the arbitral tribunal.
