Delhi HC to Police: In How Many UAPA Cases Chargesheet Filed Within 90 Days? - 12.10.2022

Delhi High Court while directing Delhi Police to submit data on number of such UAPA cases in which charge sheet was filed within 90 days, has also asked police to provide data on cases under UAPA wherein extension was sought for completion of probe, and it was granted by trial court.
