SC Refuses to Entertain Plea Seeking Declaration of Cow as National Animal - 10.10.2022

Supreme Court while refusing to entertain a plea seeking directions to the Central government to declare cow as the national animal, has held that it is not the job of the court to decide such matters, and also asked which fundamental right of the petitioner was affected.
