Ker HC: Rape Allegation Not Sustainable if Woman Continued Relations After Knowing of Man's Marriage - 10.10.2022

Kerala High Court has held that if man retracts his promise to marry by marrying someone else, the consensual sex the women have after knowing that will not constitute rape unless it is established that consent was obtained by him by giving false promise of marriage.
