Kerala HC Dismisses Air India Express Pilots' Plea Seeking Re-Engagement After Retirement - 10.10.2022

Kerala High Court while dismissing plea of 3 retired pilots seeking re-engagement with Air India Express Ltd, has held that Air India subsidiary is no longer public sector undertaking after privatisation and therefore issuance of public law remedy in nature of writ can’t be sought now.
