Gujarat HC: Not Our Duty to Tell State to Construct Schools, Hospitals - 07.10.2022

Gujarat High Court while hearing a PIL highlighting the fact that despite orders of collector passed in 2016, authorities haven't constructed civil hospital in Anand district, has held that it wasn't the duty of the courts to tell State authorities to build hospitals, schools, sports complexes etc.
