Delhi HC Orders Shifting of Kashmiri Separatist Leader to AIIMS After Cancer Diagnosis - 06.10.2022

Delhi High Court has directed RML Hospital and Tihar Jail authorities to ensure that the Kashmiri separatist leader Altaf Ahmad Shah, who has been in custody since 2018 in terror funding case, is shifted to AIIMS Delhi, after he was diagnosed with renal cancer.
