Delhi HC: Existing Panel of Delhi Govt. Can’t Continue to Function Under Mental Healthcare Act - 06.10.2022

Delhi High Court while rejecting Delhi Government stand that State Authority for Mental Health Services can continue to function as it is under Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, has held that new enactment required state governments to constitute a new body - the State Mental Health Authority.
