Delhi HC: Section 17 of Senior Citizens Act No Bar for Lawyer Representing Parties Before Tribunal - 04.10.2022

Delhi High Court has held that Section 17 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 would not come in the way of a lawyer representing a party before the Maintenance Tribunal.
