Kerala HC: Mistake by Court Staff Not Sufficient Ground to Non-Suit Party - 04.10.2022

Kerala High Court has held that non-compliance of the Kerala Criminal Rules of Practice by the court staff would not be sufficient ground to non-suit the complainant or any party and the Court will be under the obligation to undo the wrong.
