Kar. HC: Bank Can Initiate Criminal Action if A/C Declared Fraud, Even After Invoking SARFAESI Act - 04.10.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can investigate complaint registered by a bank against company and its directors, even after initiation of proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and possession of the recovery certificate.
