Raj. HC: Setting Different Retirement Age for Allopathic & Ayurvedic Doctors Unconstitutional - 04.10.2022

Rajasthan High Court has held that distinction created between Allopathic and Ayurvedic doctors by setting different retirement ages, is unconstitutional as it was discriminatory and impermissible in law under Article 14 of the Constitution.
