Kar. HC Quashes Govt Notification for OBC, Women Reservation in BBMP Elections - 04.10.2022

Karnataka High Court has set aside notification issued by state whereby it notified ward wise reservation for 243 wards of BBMP out of which, 81 wards are reserved for backward classes and 120 wards were reserved for women randomly.
