Orissa HC Directs Govt to Pay Compensation to 2008 Kandhamal Riot Victim's Kin - 03.10.2022

Orissa High Court while expressing shock over Odisha government's rejection of a claim for grant of compensation to the brother of a man, who died in Kandhamal communal riots, has ordered State to pay the petitioner an aggregate compensation, as was paid to the other riot victims.
