Del HC: FSSAI Must Ensure Speedy Inspection of Imported Food Articles for Home Consumption Release - 03.10.2022

Delhi High Court has held that the authorities of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) have an obligation to ensure that all imported articles of food are inspected with due expedition and promptitude.
