SC: Law Commission's Report Against Uniform Civil Code has a Shaky Foundation - 03.10.2022

Supreme Court while refusing to entertain a plea seeking a Uniform Civil Code (UCC) for India, has orally remarked that report of Law Commission of India which had stated that UCC was undesirable was based on judgement which had been twice doubted by Supreme Court and hence had a shaky foundation.
