Kar. HC: Advocates Act Confers No Right to Park Vehicle Inside Court Premises - 30.09.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that Section 30 of the Advocates' Act only confers the right on the Advocates to practice and it does not confer any right on any advocate to park his/her vehicle inside Court premises.
