SC Gives Suggestions to Centre on Prison Reforms: CSR Funded Private Jails - 30.09.2022

Supreme Court while observing the questionable conditions of jails in the country, has suggested to Central government the idea of private jails and recommended to have large corporate as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), to build jails.
