Delhi HC Sets Aside Ban on Manufacture & Sale of Chewing Tobacco Products in National Capital - 29.09.2022

Delhi High Court has quashed notifications prohibiting manufacture, storage, distribution or sale of Chewing Tobacco Products in national capital, and held that notifications were issued in a mechanical manner without following general principles laid down under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
