P&H HC: Juvenile's Right to Travel Abroad Can be Curtailed - 29.09.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that a juvenile who is in conflict with law does not have any fundamental or statutory right to pursue higher education abroad, and right to travel abroad can be curtailed in a reasonable, just and fair manner under Juvenile Justice Act.
