SC Pulls Up Centre for Not Deciding Mercy Petition of Balwant Singh Rajoana Within Time Limit - 29.09.2022

Supreme Court has taken exception to apathetic attitude of the Central government in not considering the mercy petition filed by death row convict Balwant Singh Rajoana, in the Chief Minister Beant Singh assassination case and directed Centre to do so within 2 months.
