SC Acquits Man Convicted for Alleged Rape & Murder of Minor Girl Without Any Evidence - 29.09.2022

Supreme Court while acquitting a man who was sentenced to death for alleged rape and murder of a six year old girl, has noted that there are serious inherent contradictions in the statements made by prosecution witnesses and both the Trial Court and the High Court have overlooked it completely.
