SC: Able-Bodied Husband Should Earn by Legitimate Means And Maintain His Wife And Minor Child - 29.09.2022

Supreme Court has held that husband is required to earn money even by physical labour, if he is an able-bodied, and must maintain his wife and minor child, and he cannot avoid his obligation, except on the legally permissible grounds mentioned in the statute.
